Privacy Policy

Jigsaw · Last updated 2026-07-31

Jigsaw is built to work entirely on your device. This policy explains what the app does — and does not do — with your data.

Data we collect

None. Jigsaw does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, and no user profile. The app has no network features at all and works offline.

Photos

You can turn a photo from your own library into a puzzle. When you pick one, the app asks iOS for access to that photo, saves a copy inside its own private storage on the device so the puzzle can be rebuilt later, and uses it for nothing else. Photos are never uploaded, shared, or sent anywhere. Deleting the app removes the copies with it.

Puzzles and settings

Unfinished puzzles and your settings (sound, haptics, hints, kids mode) are stored locally in the app's own sandbox on your device. They never leave it.

Analytics and tracking

Jigsaw contains no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs of any kind. No data about you or your usage is shared with third parties, because none is collected in the first place.

Third-party services

Jigsaw uses no third-party services or dependencies. It is built entirely on Apple's native frameworks (SwiftUI, SpriteKit, SwiftData, PhotosUI).

Children's privacy

Since Jigsaw collects no data from any user, it does not knowingly collect data from children under 13 or any other age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that involves data collection — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will reflect the change.
